I was lucky enough to attend a private event at OWO before its official opening.
It is an entire experience, from floor 1 to 102 and back. The staff has done an amazing job at recognizing the solemnity of the grounds while celebrating the entire city and taking your breath away. The elevator rides brought me to tears. Please visit.
